But sometime is ready immediatly, sometime after 2 minutes.. for me is strange.

Try to change the stick - I had similar issues, and after some time root wasn't possible anymore. It turned out that the stick was defect. exchanging the stick (copy everything from the old to the new stick) solved the issue. this happened already two times within 8 months...

It seems to me that the TV does not turn off completely, and then the root remains active....
