That could be a solution.
3 different Sticks (different manufacturer) tested. Still no success :(

However, the stick worked correctly until the firmware update!?

Good. Now time to sleep :) Once I think more I will tell :) You restart few times and check if you can connect at all on port 5023 using telnet or on port 3023 using netcat. It should auto disconnect quickly :)

I forgot to post that after 5-10 sec. the connection also is closed by host :(
