Hi all,
Few years ogo I installed skype and the SamyGo app, all was working perfectly but comming back after holydays, I can't acces my UE46F6400's hard drive anymore. But in the mean time I upgraded my PC from W7 to W10.
Since the skype app is off I assume that samyGOPVRDecoder no longer work, am I right ? Nothing to do with W10 ?
So I have a UE46F6400 TV but in the menu I can only see firmware number is 1111, I cannot see anything else like "T-MST12DEUC" or else.
How can I identify my exact firmware ?
Another issue is the upgrade firmware menu is not active (It is grey not white and I can't access it).
I did not uninstall skype from my TV before it goes down and it has NEVER shown in the app list (even when samygopvrdecoder was working fine).
Did someone has any help on this issue ?
Does this new rooting way works with my "1111" firmware ? Do I have to "factory reset" my TV before re rooting it ?
Thanks for your answers.

Menu->Support->Contact Samsung. Your fw - T-MST12DEUC-1111.
Upgrade firmware menu is not active because OTN Support in service menu is off.
It is better temporarily set OTN Support to ON, disconnect TV from Internet, upgrade firmware from USB to
1119. Then set OTN Support to OFF.

Well thank you for your fast answers !
They both did help me.
Now I know my firmware "entire" number : T-MST12DEUC-1111.1,BT-S-G
Smarthub : 5.2021
But I still have problem :
I did unrar InstallSamygo_1_1_F.rar on a freshly FAT32 formated USB key, I aded the samyext4.img in the right folder on that same key. Then I go to the My apps in smarthub then more app then I plugg the key (nothing else plugged but the CAM with no cards) I have a pop up menu telling me if I wish to list all or videos or photos or ... and nothing more when I hit the exit or return key, no instal samygo icon appears in the list.
What am I doing wrong ?
Do I have to re init smarthub (in the menu) ?
Thanks again.

Will my previously recorded files still be readable after tthis upgrade ?
Thank you

Yes, especially if you have used NoDRM

Yes but you might have used it in the past. Since it disables drm COMPLETELY
