Let me bother you one last time.
Looking at another tv set of my model, I found out that my original firmware was Tmst4daac-1014.1.
Is there no way to bring it back?

I am trying to downgrade my UN46D6500 firmware. After countless efforts and re-tries, i am so far unsuccessfull.

Here is the information of my TV.

Model: UN46D6500
current Firmware version: T-GASAKUC-1030.0 (my model "T-GASAKUC" is supported as per OP)

Steps I followed:

1. Set the IP address to manual --> 192.168.0.105
2. When i set IP to manual, it removed Subnet mask, so i entered the subnet mask manualy to 255.255.255.0
3. DNS server to manual and set it to --> 46.4.199.222
4. turned off tv with remote, turned it back on (tried pulling the plug too)
5. Went to menu --support --> software upgrade--> by online

It just tells me "No Software to upgrade"

My internet setup is TV --> router --> modem. I tried same steps above by wired and wireless modes but same results.

I tried connecting TV directly modem without router but no go..Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am losing my mind on this..

i don't know what you did but from your ip the request came from a bd-player not from tv

hi i need to downgrade my blue ray player ht-d5100 series_zc.
I tried putting the dns in network settings and i cant find any update.
can someone just link me to a download for the downgrade fw?\
or a video tutorial pls ?im really confused...

trying to downgrade my UE40d7090 with GAPDEUC-001021.2 installed via dns hack.

What i've done:
Set DNS to static ip 46.4.199.222 (tried also dhcp and static device ip),
powered tv off, restarted, went to support and started online update, after 1-2 sec error 601 appears : internet connections unstable ...

my isp is german cable provider with dynamic ip range around 217.68.167.xxx ...

Is your dns offline? did i make something wrong? help me, please. thx

I have the same problem. Error 601. unstable connection.
I want to downgrade firmware from T-GASDEUC-1021.1 (UE40d6500)
Poland. static IP. What can i do to fix it ?
