Restart again. If same result, delete widget trough ftp, reboot tv and try to install trough develop.
If develop fails, you need to use first way to root your tv (with some test widget, described on wiki), connect trough ftp and check is there SamyGO-E widget left or not. I guess you can`t overwrite it completelly and you`re using not latest test versions. Needed to completelly remove widget until you succeed installation trough develop account.
