Well you have to check it's prior setting or reinitialization is the solution left I guess. So try that...

Can you make a thread and post how you did that so that anyone else with this issue can try your solution?M11 wrote:i discovered that by making a small code edit i should be able to install app's (widgets) using it. And this works, i got the app installed that i wanted!
I have no problem sharing this information if it's OK with the person who made the SamyGO.zip (i have no idea who made it).Heatshiver wrote:Can you make a thread and post how you did that so that anyone else with this issue can try your solution?M11 wrote:i discovered that by making a small code edit i should be able to install app's (widgets) using it. Why does it not help me? I don't want to modify them. I just want to install them as user widgets. Encrypted widgets won't work if they are installed as user widgets?bugficks wrote:no idea if theres a fileplugin.zip but simply zipping non-user widgets won't help you as they're encrypted
I have installed widgets without modifying anything and they work... but i did get them from Samsung server, not from TV, i'm not sure if that changes anything.bugficks wrote:afaik you have to modify config.xml and change widget installation type from normal to user. since config.xml is encrypted too i doubt you can simply copy to user area. haven't tried it though
