Relax .. this stuff is a hobby-driven thing .. We will get you decoding stuff .. patience.

OK, so the windows telnet-client says it cannot connect on the default port 23 .. ok.

So, try forcing port 1023 and 2023 (if 1023 fails too)

Like Fluffi said .. again open CMD.EXE but this time add port-number to the command ... like "telnet 192.168.1.10 1023"

Any change ?

Thats very good ... port 2023 works !

Set that port in the PVEDecoder as new telnet-port, and try it again !

First of all many thanks to all the people who provided the software to decrypt recordings on E/F series. Works very good indeed!
But I still have a problem. Most of the recordings I have are recorded with more than one audio track. regrettably only one of the audio tracks is playable. I can see in the TS that there is a second track, but it seems not to be decrypted properly.
If the problem is known please point me to some info on the subject ( I was not able to find anything myself).
Question: Does the drmdecrypt.exe tool available from PVR Decoder decrypt all audio tracks?
I cannot easily verify this as I could not find the source code for the drmdecrypt working with ES series.
I verified that Destroi can decrypt the redording with the key provided by the PVRDecoder, but none of the drmdecrypt versions with source code I could find are working properly.

Please help, or point in the right direction for problem analysis.

@ppmkm
As far as I know, DRMdecrypt only decrypts files retrieved from TV, it does not affect structure/integrity of TS files at all.
If you can't read an audio track, it must be related to a missing codec. Check audio format and that you have needed codec to read it. You can also try to read decrypted TS directly with TV and see if every audio tracks are working...
I do NOT receive any PM. Please use forum.

The decryption process has no clue about what its decoding .. a .ts file is simply a collection of "packets" with a defined size, and a defined character indicating start and at the same time end of a package.
The package consists of "bytes" and those bytes may contain whatever you want to store or move. The .ts format litteraly stands for "Transport Stream" .. It does not suggest what the content actually is ..
It may be video, music, or the blueprint for the newest NASA spaceshuttle.

Thus .. if ANYTHING is decoded, EVERYTHING is decoded.

Now, you need to take "command" of your new decoded .ts file.
Try a tool like : http://www.cypheros.de/tsdoctor_e.html
Load your TS, and select/deselect the streams you want active (select sound and subtitles).
Also, you may select areas of the .ts to cut out .. i do that a lot for commercials.

As far as I understand it, Bugficks has choosen to keep that particular source private, as its a work in progress.
You can do what we all do, when we want to pick the brains of an "adversary" .. Fire up your IDA and start studying :-)
