I can see strange behaviour with SamyGO on my TV (UE46F6470)!
After several tests:
Installing the hack for MST ftp access is ok after first boot, but with second boot I have no more ftp access
Because of your posting in this thread I tried the NON-MST version.
After first boot ftp access is ok, but with second boot the ftp access is gone once more.
I uninstalled this widget and installed the MST version.
And as expected: first time boot ok, second boot no.
A new installation without switching to non-mst version previously as described has no success.
Do you have any hints for that behaviour?

Totally sounds like you missed enabling the autostart-feature ! (?)

MST and autostart?
With non-MST I have enabled it and SamyGO starts but with no effect after 2nd boot to ftp access

Go tell a guy like Bugficks that he cannot make autostart work, and then he WILL, - just to prove you wrong
Maybe Sectroyer has the same mental disposition .. Taunt him, and he will move heaven and earth

Sorry, also tested without success
For Your information:
to see the SamyGO Fix in All Apps I have to remove my USB 3.0 disc for tv recording first and unplug/plug in the SamyGO stick to run MST- fix once more. I've tried also reboot with and without plugged in usb hd.
normally the SamyGO stick, the usb hd and samsung camera plugged in to the 3 usb ports of my samsung.

.... and in addition I remember that old hack only have success with ftp access if I installed with develop account over LAN. Hope that's helpful!?

Ehhh so you only have root ONCE after install MST-Fix right? If you reboot second time there is no root right? Okay try something like this:
1) Install MST-Fix
2) Reboot TV
3) Check that you have root
4) Unplug/Re-Plug USB to make MST-Fix appear
5) Install MST-Fix once again
6) Reboot
7) Check if you have root?
Important part is whether you will have root with two subsequent reboots
If I understand correctly now you don't have it
