Today I have check in: system -> auto update
and there is a message that present FW is 1033 and there is new one 1034
Okay please keep it like this. I would like to checked if greyed OTN Support in service menu means auto update is by default ON (and there is no way for user to disable it) OR is the auto update back to what user did select in normal menu. If you don't get any other updates it means samsung gave up on OTN Support shit and users can't now simply disable auto updates in normal menu. However if you get new updates (with auto updates disabled in normal menu) it means Samsung decided to give final word to users

Who knows what did they decide

Yesterday after your post, I made the folowing test:
1. I disconect ISP from home router
2. Switched auto update in main menu ON
3. Log into service menu and check if I am able to change OTN in this case, but the situation was tha same (with no active option for OTN)
4. Return everything how it was (Auto update from main menu - OFF, Internet to TV - YES) till now the FW is not changed.
I will keep you up to date if there are some changes.
If OTN cannnot be disabled, I have experienced that after a few days the new FW is appearing as available, the TV will update independently from main menu Auto Update setting .... This happened on my F8000 and immediately after I blocked OTN.

You cannot disable OTN Support on F? I thought it's only on H...
