Just a side note. Root ok on UE40F5500 with latest firmware 2107.1

Or you can use a 1T HD with no need to use other pen drive.
Remember you can upload to USB via SAMBA (I have mapped each of my TV as an HD inmy Desktop) and via FTP

Hi everybody,
I can't get the root working on a UE75F6370 or UE60F6370.
Both have the Firmware 2107.1 with OTN disabled
I tried already 4 different USB sticks, tried different USB ports.
Did a Factory Reset, but still no luck.
When starting the app in Smarthub, everything is [OK] except /mnt/rcSGO
But after restarting, no ftp avaiable.
I'm using LAN Connection.
Please help

Did you check telnet on port 5023 ?

yes, I tried with PuTTy, no success

You read this:
If still no root, replace run.sh in USB SamyGO_data folder by the one from this archive, restart TV, wait a while and paste here sam.log you might find in SamyGO_data.

After several tries and resetting the smarthub it worked.
Couldn't install oscam because no permission to create file.
But, after reboot the root was gone and didn't come back again.

Then you have to reinstall root CAN SOMETIMES (not sure how often) disappear by itself
Simply reinstall
