The command worked, but unfortunetly the OTN Optino to turn off isnt there anymore...

The only thing I can do is change the OTN Server Type from "operating" to "development".

Look in DIFFERENT place :) Check wiki (link in my signature) for other "locations" on different TV models/version place to disable OTN Support differs :) You found incorrect one :)

I tried, I was using the link in your signature. =)

Since my firmware is the newest in my country I think they removed the "OTN Support" option for good.
I'll block those domains on router level, not so hard for me. =)

Thank you.

ROOT WORKS

T-FXPDEUC-1126 (F7xxx)
ROOT DOESN'T WORK!
I have to correct this.
After trying "hundreds" of USB-sticks that the samygo app pops up in more apps I finally find one. Root works, telnet works, ftp works. Fine!

Nothing related to my computer. When I plugged the usb stick, the app simply didn't pop up in the "more apps" section in the smarthub. After I found the right usb stick I installed it on TV like written in the first post of the thread without any problem.

@sectroyer
Since I have root access with 1226, the option "software-update" via the normal TV menu is greyed out! :D Don't know why, hopefully it's greyed out forever now. Same message as on my TV where OTN is disabled via service-menu: "function is not available".

Hello,
For me it was not working.
TV: UE32F4570
Firmware: T-MST12DEUC-1120.0

I did everything strictly according to instructions, when you start the widget also everything goes through.
Then I start the new TV and realize that I have no access FTP or telnet.

I also have the run.sh exchanged and added in the rcSGO sleep 120. This has none of that works.
A sam.log also does not exist for me. I have no idea why it does not work out. Can one help me?

greeting
Robert

I will never give money for this job... it is not for the 10 Euro but is the principle... I never asked money to anybody for any job done on the net...
and not even the developers of this forum are asking for money ...

After a few days reading the reviews, especially from page # 123viewtopic.php?f=70&t=7982&start=1220, I have a USB stick under Debian formatted with a 1GB Partion FAT32, the smartHUB reset, the TV to factory settings, sleep 30 in the rcSGO ... and it run. Before that, I also had every time exactly this: viewtopic.php?f=70&t=7982&start=1220#p73176

Many thanks to the developers
