NO!!!! Until you learn HOW to use netcat AND provide correct logs I can't help you

Please write me as simple as possible tutorial how to connect to my tv via netcat, I did try this command
nc 192.168.1.5 3023
(Also tried another port 3123)
In both cases it shuts dowm nc wimdowd with that message that I wrote on page 144/145 .
Tried two different computers and one laptop (all windows 7 and 10) l, also tried android phone.
What else to do, shoult I maybe try filzilla (what port?) ?

I did try in cmd this command: run nc, also tried run netcat, nothing

Do you think that usb flash drive might be causing the problem? Should I try copying files from usb with root to new usb flash drive?

Do I lose root if I upgrade from 1190 to 1220 (last rootable fw for my hu8580 gfpdeuc model) ?
I have noticed that 1190 fw cannot read video files h.265.
I hope that 1220 is able to read them.
Before root my fw was 1370 and tv could read h.265 video files without a problem...

I have T-GFP9DEUC_1190.3
And I want to upgrade to GFP9DEUC_1230.2
Do I lose root? (Even though I have no use of this so called root whatsoever, without oscam it is pointless)
Is it so hard to understand?!
This is by far the most hostile forum of all, and I am telling you I am registered to hundreds of them, and unfortunatelly the only that I donated!
