Best way to know is surely to try :)
Be aware that if you have latest firmware installed you can probably forget it.

WOW... It took two hours to read all this topic.
Only one question: my 40F8000 is with 1001.
Shall I update to any intermdiate release (if possible like with ES series via USB) or can I try to root it straight forward ?

Never update :)
I do NOT support "latest fw" at ALL. If you have one you should block updates on router and wait for it to STOP being "latest":)
If you want me to help you please paste FULL log(s) to "spoiler"/"code" bbcodes or provide link(s) to pasted file(s) on https://pastebin.com Otherwise "NO HELP"!!!
If you want root DISABLE internet access to your device!!!!
DO NOT EVER INSTALL FIRMWARE UPGRADE !!!!

Hello to everybody.
I installed the widget and had OK Ok.
restart and now I have boot loop....

Likely the STOP_SAMYGO on USB worked as a help.

Now how can I remove the widget ?

My TV is 40F8000 with 1001 SW version.

Through service menu (keep all values before doing it)...
I don't understand what's the problem exactly, normally you just have to remove SamyGo widget (and possibly Skype) from smarthub for everything to be gone. You still have bootloop after doing so?!
