What means probably? Even the donator method is blocked? Downgrade is not possible?

"Probably" because from (not much for now) feedback, 1290 is no longer rootable using any existing method, and to downgrade, root is of course mandatory

ehm..i was on 1290.2 and successfully rooted, and downgraded to 1230.4

Ahh, interesting and good to know, finally what was missing was just... reliable feedback (can't guess otherwise)
