I don't understand what's the problem exactly, normally you just have to remove SamyGo widget (and possibly Skype) from smarthub for everything to be gone. You still have bootloop after doing so?!
I still have SamyGo widget visible in smart hub but I though this is only the installation widget and not theone that is executed. Am I wrong ? I am afraid that if I delete it I also delete any possibility to interact with TV.
The md5 of the zip I used seems different from the one on the1st post : 6F60D018C161B8FEA0CF6EA03FFF8FE3 (in the first post e2180ac1a88e5169d1da99c587106d63)
Sorry if I ask stupid things but I jus want to avoid to do stupid thinks and definitively kill the TV.

Widget is useful for both installation and every startup afterwards.
You didn't upgrade firmware to latest? So you have as many tries as you want
Better to remove SamyGO and Skype widgets (or reset smarthub, you didn't do it, did you?

) and start again whole installation if obviously something went wrong on first try.
I think you have to use widget from first post in priority

OK I will try as soon as I have some time alone (wife and child are not helping in this).
I will try this:
1) remove autostart from Skype
REBOOT AND TRY
2) Remove Samygo widget
REBOOT AND TRY
3) Reset SmartHub (may be I do not know how to do it. In ES it is simple but on F it is a bit tricky. Shall I do it simply from menu ?
I used the last widget from the first post.
I am afraid that my FW version (1001) is not compatible with busybox or something else that is executed.
Unlikely the TV does not connect to the network before reboot and I have no way to check where the script hang...
TV boot and after about 20 seconds start not to respond to remote and reboot.
On ES I had similar behaviour while trying different bin for the samba and it was due to a debug kernel non compatible with that module.

If STOP_SAMYGO prevents bootloop it means that Skype is well patched and launches the script in SamyGO widget where the security is.
So removing SamyGO widget from smarthub is enough to solve bootloop problem (no need for a smarthub reset) since script/thing causing crash won't be here anymore (you can also remove Skype to be absolutely sure and to have a clean place)
Then, I don't know why SamyGO cause crash on your TV nor if anybody here already experimented on such an old firmware.
I wouldn't advise to upgrade though

I would upgrade to some well tested, still rootable version

DO NOT EVER INSTALL FIRMWARE UPGRADE
Now you have sectroyer's approval

I suppose this one would do the job, everybody's looking for it to downgrade after unfortunately installing latest
viewtopic.php?f=64&t=7670&start=0#p59441
A man above told that he has the same bootloop problem using 1102 and that installing 1113.3 solved it... There's hope

Yes. And after I installed the 1115 that I uploaded. It works. But unfortunately I was forgot to switch no automatic update

and now my TV has 1118
