Hi I have a Samsung UE46F6510 tv firmware T-MST12DEUC-2111.1 Ive installed samygo rooting firmware for MST as per instructions but when I reboot and go to smart hub there is no samy go app just the fix app please can someone point me in the right direction

No, except in case you loose root one day, can happen sometimes for no obvious reason.

So would i be thinking to start the app you go to smart hub-more apps- samygo if this is so the samy go ap does not appear

No idea what you're talking about. MST-Fix is rooting app, if you launched it once you should have root. Done.
