Try remove Skype, reset SmartHub and install Skype again..

And Support -> Software Update -> Auto update - off
And in SmartHUB -> More Apps -> Options -> Auto Update Apps - off

I have an H series (H6400). my firmware is T-MST14DEUC-2181.0 ,BT-S/G

I understand skype installer is available for E/F series now, but do you think you will succeed to create the same for H series?
