I have a rooted B6000 without Contend library, what do you mean with "character only" (The Magical Key trick?)
I would have copied the content of "samygo_dca_0_3_bin/release/samygodca" to my usb folder "/dtv/usb/sda1/SamyGO/opt/privateer/lib"
Or do I have to make a special init script for it?

it's no reason to write your own scripts if you use the extensionspack, just enable/set what you need.
look into SamyGO/etc/init.d/
(hint: 90_90_injectso.init.dis)

After each test you have to restart TV. I mean, the sequence of your testing should be following:
1. Copy DCA game(s) to TV`s memory
2. Execute DCA game which you`re testing
3. Go to mediaplayer and try run movie
4. If test fail, reboot TV
5. Excecute another DCA game
6. Got to mediaplayer...
I just wanted to say, you can start movie only once, because required libraries are being loaded to exeDSP and if you ry another DCA, you get fail in any of case.
I heard here are some problems with DCA and PVR on CI+ devices, might devels of those apps could advice you more...

CIP version? do yuo mean restricted fw release?
I suggest you to try
SamyApp. It has few modules inside and latest DCA as well.

Remove libdca from plugin directory.

'libdca.so.disabled' means disabled. Nothing to do...
