do you really have this file "/mtd_down/widget/user/SamyGO/SamyGO/etc/init.d/01_04_pvr_drm_disable.init"?

it's not on my TV ....

Cheers!

you dont need it realy, coz it is done when you start SamyGO app from SamrtHub.

Jimmbean wrote:Hi Guys,

Thanks for this wonderfull app!

At the moment I've got a question regarding the USB Hard Disk access.

I've got a 1TB WD external harddisk connected to the TV, which is formated as NTFS.
Over FTP or Samba Access I can read all the data from this drive, but its impossible to delete any files or write files to the drive.

I found out that its possible on Fat formated drives like my USB dongle. So a question came up:

Is it possible anyway to become full access to the NTFS drive?

The problem is that I've got many big (some over 10GB) mkv's on the drive, so it is not possible to change to Fat.

Any Ideas?

Best Regards Jimmy :)
think ntfs-3g and fuse are shipped with the widget so you can write a script to mount your ntfs disk too....
but pls. don't ask why you windows computer like to check the filesystem every time if you connect your usb-hd....

Now, just keeping samba.init, I can browse the content without any problem.

I have to confirm this with my second Serie D TV.

And I think I don't have to do the test you asked for. The problem is not where we thought.
Ok, test done with my second TV and it works with only samba.init !

Now, I have a question from a linux newbie. I have a ServerA with ShareA1, shareA2, shareA3, shareA4. Is-it possible to set the init in a way I get only ShareA2 and shareA4 from ServerA ?
And If I have also a ServerB with ShareB1, ShareB2 and ShareB3, how to add this one with ShareB1 and ShareB3 ?

Thanks.
corrected script 04_04_samba.init. To mount a set of resources to specific servers :

Is there a way to permanently apply the PVR encryption removal? It's pretty much the only feature of SamyGo I'll be using and it would be great if I could remove the necessity to run the app every time I turn on the TV. I know about ticker autorun but that means waiting for SamyGO every time the TV is turned on even though I only record something 2-3 times a week. Permanent patching would also solve the recording from standby problem.

Hi, guys
First, thanks SamyGo for this great app!!! Recently i buyed my Samsung tv, and i'm discovering a new world around it...

Well, i have many questions, because i'm newbie. But first i'll read the wiki and other threads in the forum. Anyway, i want to ask you one thing, once SamyGo is installed and running, would it be possible to install other apps like Plex or netplayer without deleting SamyGo, as well SamyGo did when is installed firt time???

Thanks!!!

PS: Please, excuse me for my english.
