Nah. There is new method with samyGOrc... Although I am not sure if it is correctly tested on E... Anyway since root gone there is nothing we can do :P You need to make app appear :)

Well I was trying to make the widget appear in smarthub with installing it from my own web server, but "TV Apps Security" warning comes and it doesn't install - which is strange - I can install the "test2" applet from official SamyGO server (IP 149.154.159.134) and it works - lists running processes or something like that, but when I try to install the same widget from my own web server, here comes the "TV Apps Security" warning :(
Any ideas?

Yeah DON'T use web server :) It is expected that it will NOT work :) Maybe you will have more luck with setting "<network>" to "y" in xml file file for SamyGO app but I don't support web server installation :)

I have good news - I successfully rooted the fu...king BD again!

I resetted the smarthub to factory settings, then inserted usb, it appeared in smarthub, cancelled update of smarthub - installed samygo, rebooted and it is ok!!!
finally disabled OTN using this:

Code: Select all

/mtd_rwcommon/SamyGO_mount/opt/privateer/usr/bin/samyGOrc -p $(pidof exeTV || pidof exeDSP) 31; /mtd_rwcommon/SamyGO_mount/opt/privateer/usr/bin/samyGOrc -p $(pidof exeTV || pidof exeDSP) 59
now I am gonna patch cinavia again....

hope this helps others if they encounter problems... :)

thank sectroyer again
