hey,

i am intrested what the service will say, i think he will change the mainboard as the german service did many times in this case but it will not solve the problem. hmm... maybe you got a good service man and he will tell you somethinge about the problem or when samsung will fix this... i read some posts that samsung is working on a solution but we will see..

BTW.. i got an ue46d6530wsxxn from the Netherlands.. :)

Hi, my tv: UE40D6100SW, i'm write letter to Samsung Service for this Bug (problem), they responded:
in russian:
? ?????? ?????? ????????????? ?????????? ??? ??????? ????? ?? 720p (HD ready). ??? ???????? ??????????????? ????????????, ? ????? ?????????, ????????? ?????, ?? ????? ????????????????? ???????? ?????????.

in english:
This model provides the resolution for each eye in 720p (HD ready). This is a technological feature, in the new firmwares - likely will not be provided such changes.

looks like samsung have even gone to the bother of removing all the cache pages aswell now they changed the website.

Model D6100 was removed from samsung US site. :shock:

if this is the case and they fobbing people of with the other manufacturers why is there own d7000 and d8000 tv`s differnt and they felt the need to change there advertising on there web site. :s
