I got a message today on my TV that Skype will stopp supporting Smart TV's on the 2th of June this year.
So i guess its time to get the stable Skype root as long as skype is still available

I have a question. Doesn't goes the Root permissions after the End of Skype on 02.06.2016? I have see over the Pushservice from Samsung that the Support ends at 02.06.2016! >Other Apps like Explore 3D have disable automaticly when i open the app site over smart hub.

Hi. In one month, Samsung will retire the skype app. I want to find a soluti?n. ?Its posible to block the uninstall or install the app manually after Samsung remove it?
I'm thinking in some posibilities:
- Block ip/dns thath check updates (no more updates but my priority its Skype)
- Using developer mode? If i turn on developer mode, can I install skype widget? How can i obtain it (download somewhere or extract now from TV)?
?Any ideas?

A stupid question: will TVs stay rooted
I guess not. What then?
Should we do something before that happens? I mean, we, which are rooted our TVs through Skype?
