.tmg are simple squashfs images, but widget inside is encrypted anyway

Just temporarily unblocking samsungcloudcdn.com during app installation (only) if needed.
Also intercepting UDP 53 in case these smarty-pants would like to bypass blocking by DNS
Hello, I have all zoelechat domains on the router black list (thank you for that) but unfortunately I cannot connect my Samsung K-series on the internet. I am only connected to my router. Any solution? Anybody had the same experience? It is the first connetion of this TV to the internet. No problem with this black list on my second TV (J-series). Thank you.

I just given my blocklist for info and for my usage, I never told I would support it
"First connection" probably needs to "block less", then try to unblock stuff one by one until you're able to pass setup (as told, begin by samsungcloudcdn.com)

Actually I found two they must be accessible: samsungcloudsolution.com and samsungqbe.com and they are actualy NOT on your list
So your solution is still perfect

Do you know if it's safe to allow this domain without breaking block of firmware upgrade (on older devices, h-series).
It seems older devices began to download from this domain as well. I don't think it used to...
Not sure if I can exclude that specific domain in dnsmasq though... I probably have to add a static ip for it. Or do you know?

Can't be sure about H I doesn't own, but better block it imho. You still can temporarily unblock if you need an app, just the time to download it.
