I have a Q60RAT 2019. I tried paneuro and pannordig but, in both cases, after I turned ON Extended PVR, every time it comes back to OFF.
There is no way to fix it to on. There is no way, after the reset, to change the initial country from Italy, even without connections.
Any suggestion?

Same problem!
Maybe you need also change BOM model and SW model not only Local Set.
!!!try on your own it is just suggestions!!!!

I have the same problem, I can change the settings of paneuro and extended PVR ON but when I reboot the TV all the setting go to default...
Any idea without flashing the rom?

In Extended Service Menu Change local set to EU and then PVR should work. One guy from Italy achieved that and can record channels on TV and format your device in exfat.
