eeprom should be close to CPU (black allu radiathor). I cant say exact which chip is right for you, but defunitelly it is one of B1,B2 and C. You could check datasheets of those chips to get exact pinouts, but as usually pinouts are almost same - our required 4 and 5 on most chips are at same place. I dont think you burn out something if you try those. I would prefer B1 more than other two...

Ok. Could you please post mainboard part number?
EDIT: not needed, on first photo it is well visible (BN-41-01443A on mb and BN94-03501x on the sticker...). I think, i start to collect re-bricked TV`s eeproms database..
