I have a european D550-Plasma, which has no smarthub and want to downgrade to T-MST4DEUC 1024 because since 1025 the picture was dimmed noticeably. Samygo-server provides 1023, which has the bug, that digital noise filter is always on http://www.hdtvtest.co.uk/news/samsung- ... 221412.htm.
Samsung released 1027 a few days ago and I'm confident when I downgrade from that version it will be possible to upgrade to 1024, because a kind user of this forum reported that the software update screen showed version 1023 after his downgrade from a T-MST4DEUC LED-TV with 1027.
But some uncertainty remains and I want to avoid to be stuck with 1023.
Do you have a legit T-MST4DEUC 1024 somewhere on your storage system and could provide that on your server?
I have the file here, but I know you only accept an original Samsung link, which unfortunately does not exist anymore.

Downgrade to 1023 using our server and then make USB upgrade to 1024 firmware.

Well, I took the plunge and was stucked with 1023. But thanks to the 0000 firmware provided by "wapper" in the firmware section, I was able to install 1024.

Hi guys...I downgraded my UE40D6510 today from 1018 -> 1013.7! The install run without any error but now the tv reboots every 10 sec!! What can I do??? pls help

Have you done something in console? Any command? before to downgrade?
Have you set the rs232 to debug? watchdog off in service menu?
Do you have Exlink cable? what is the output?

this is the first such case ever since we started playing with downgrading. Strange issue.

your DUID pls. and/or public ip from where you made the downgrade.

@ juuso: I have nothing done in console, because the tv was not rootet with firmware 1018...and no i have no exlink cable and i also changed nothing in service menu!
@ arris69: what is DUID? I

I only changed the DNS entry in Networksetting and proceed the update from a german provider (77.184.37.xxx)

you made a reboot between change of dns and start of update? then there are no log entries from your ip range. so if you got broken firmware then from samsung...

duid is wisible in smarthub setting somewhere, but if tv not start....

Yes after changing dns i rebooted...now the tv is'nt rebooting after each restart but now it is freezing after 10 sec

Is it possible to make a manuel update from usb during the boot???

not really.
you have exlink cable? if not this is a case for the service man.
