if you move widgets from normal to user, you have to edit config.xml and add there <type>user<type>. Check forum, this is widely discussed problem here.

Step 2 Root

2. Start Filezilla and log in to TV?s IP address with user: root (no password)

I forgot to mention that the "Remove" button is greyed out on Skype page in Samsung Apps for some reason, so I can't uninstall it
