Let see what will happen with the translation... I am working on it.
You can use any playlist you like. It is easy. Program is not locked. In the settings section you get the MAC address for registering in the Russian Servers (if you want you watch Russian content). Even you can load custom playlist m3u or xml on a USB (there is scan USB menu).

I've done it for myself but I share it if anybody is interested...
Here's full translation (except Russian subscription) of nStreamLmod main part:
Main.zip
(File to replace in nStreamLmod/Javascript)
Huge work since it was needed to convert from escaped unicode to Russian to English, and everything is hardcoded and redundant
Java code is also deobfuscated

thanks for sharing this i want to try right now but can you indicate from what version of nstreamLmod is taken on my tv i have version 3, version 2.42, version 2.54, can i replace it in nstreamvod to or not?please reply

Translated version is 2.54. Since text is included in app code, you may replace main.js of v2.54 only...
(also use greenhorn's files above to complete translation)

It is supposed to be E version, I think it works on D, no idea on F, surely not on C
