In Russia do not recognize the defect, neither Samsung and the service centers do not return the money, Samsung to communicate on this subject - do not want and will not be
Re: D6500 3D Resolution NOT FULL HD
my latest response from samsung.
Whilst I fully understand how frustrating the lack of official standard on the
3DHD terminology. Samsung have only described the products as having
what the industry standards are at the time. The industry standard can
vary from country to country hence the difference in the German terminology
and our own.
As I?m sure you aware current industry standards require Full HD3D to display
1080 lines and we can confirm that our 6 series TVs can show 3D to these
specifications. Our flagship series 7 & 8 TV's display a higher quality picture
in 3D which is due to the higher quality of the panel used in manufacturing.
We do stress that Samsung has only acted within the remit of the current
standard and have recently decided to focus the advertising of Full HD3D
to our flagship models.
