i have model ue40h6620 with FW T-GFSDEUC-1300.2 and installed samygo mode rooted perfect!
you need to 1st install Skype, turn off the AUTOMATIC UPDATES on TV, and then do the installation of samygo!

I saw at the extended menu and like I said I only have
ONT SERVER TYPE:operating, it have only 2 way to change: operating and development
and
ONT TEST SERVER is off.
Well, I need to downgade so.

It means you're not in "extended" service menu, but in "simple" service menu.
