I have 40D6510 and I asked Samsung Romania about the 3D problem. They answered and then they called me to give them details about serial number , purchase details.

I tested myself with the test pictures. I even told the calling person that resolution actualy halves to 540 lines in 3D.
But he was not to take a decision, but to collect info.
All I got from them was that problem is beeing forwarded to technical department.
