I don't understand the word some or (any) in this sentence. I have es7090 with firmware T-ECPDEUC-2017.1 and get the endless restart. In the folder of SamyGo_data there is already a file named samyext4.img. Or do I have to use the file from the F-MST method? It's not clear for me.
What do I have to do?

Read first post - Especially this part for ES!
If ever installation widget restarts endlessly: Leave your SamyGO_data as it is but put there some (any) file named samyext4.img and try F-MST method. It might help.

Which FW?

Downgrade to <2014 through fw 0000 then use "New-Skype" root, much more flexible and reliable :)

After 0000 upgrade to 2003.4 and stay there forever! ;)
Note that apps like AmazonVideo and Maxdome are not working on this FW (looks like you are from Germany (7090).
But if you give a shit on streaming apps go ahead downgrade/upgrade/root - And don't forget to block FW updates in Service menu.

No :)
I do NOT support "latest fw" at ALL. If you have one you should block updates on router and wait for it to STOP being "latest":)
If you want me to help you please paste FULL log(s) to "spoiler"/"code" bbcodes or provide link(s) to pasted file(s) on https://pastebin.com Otherwise "NO HELP"!!!
If you want root DISABLE internet access to your device!!!!
DO NOT EVER INSTALL FIRMWARE UPGRADE !!!!

Sometimes i have to reroot by installing the files with usb.
I don't know why, but i can't root anymore lastly, i didn't update stuff, but i assume the SmartHub is updating itself in the background.

The last check mnt/rcSGO is always [No], but i can't remember if it was always like that.
anyone got ideas? i just cant make telnet connection.
