[Ended] E series widget -autostart w/o USB

Suddenly my SamyGo install was not working so I resetted SmartHub.
However, the widget is not getting loaded for installation (not shown in SmartHUb for Installation) from USB. Ihad tried formatting to FAT32 and rebooting TV several times and reinstalling Skype. Any ideas why that could be the case ?

UPDATE : Oops, my bad. The USB had all files extracted to the root instead of a folder. Working now

Here is a small present for those who has firmware T-MST10PDEUC <= 1030.0. (might work on higher firmware versions too)
A way to make Autostart and SKYPE working together.

1. Follow instruction on the first page!
after all is working we can continue...

1. login to TV via telnet
2. modify /mtd_rwcommon/widgets/user/SamyGO/data/run.sh
you need to hash these lines.

#cp /mtd_rwcommon/widgets/user/SamyGO/data/libSkype.so /mtd_rwcommon/moip/engines/Skype/libSkype.so
#cat <<EOF>/mtd_rwcommon/moip/engines/Skype/AutoStart
#EOF

3. modify /mtd_rwcommon/widgets/user/SamyGO/config.xml
you need to change ticker settings

change <ticker>n</ticker> to <ticker>y</ticker>

4. Delete Skype.
5. Restart TV.
6. Press SmartHub , Tools and navigate to --> Settings --> Service Manager --> Autoticker -- SamyGO-E
7. Install Skype
8. Restart TV again and enjoy

Or better which models are able to Autostart Appz with Autoticker...

Works!! But now we have this EXIT confirmation after SamyGO installtion with every start... Not very disturbing but there must be a way to deactivate it...

Tried to find it by myself but no success up to now... Have to take a closer look on it....

I did not test because I'm not interested in Skype, maybe you can try to edit SamyGO/index.html and remove these lines:

Confirmation will be gone but I just wonder if widget will accordingly exit itself (does it need to?)

Hi guys
I do everything whit the instruktions but when i install samygo on my tv es6800 (firm. 1037) and rebooting the tv, and after that try to launch samygo, only appears this " samygo installed. press return to exit" and nothing else.
Somebody some solution?

Keep repeating the process, it took me quite a few retries to get it working. Make sure :

1). You have the correct folder structure, SamGo extracted to root of usb not a folder.
2). Use an static IP.
3). Be patient and wait for SamyGo to pop-up on restart.

I recently had to install SamyGo again from the beginning (after testing autoticker method which did not work and scratched all )
One step is missing for me: launch Skype once just after installing it.
The hack did not work until I've done it (otherwise some useful dir/files are not created -> /mtd_rwcommon/moip/engines/Skype)

1. yes correct folder structure
2. i have pc and tv connectedd wireless to the same network, router gives dynamic ip, i cant changed this
3. so you telling me to do that endless time and one time will work, i think that the new firmware meaby the problem (1037)

You have to launch Skype once just after installing it and before SamyGo install
