Hi guys!
Do you know which version should I install on my TV?
The firmware for my UN40B7000 is T-CHE7IBRC but it isn't listed on the wiki page.
Thanks!

Hey sorry to insist, but which one should I download according to my firmware?
I'm checking these two files:
  • SamyGO-All-Extensions-v0.03.6-r12-for-T-CHU7DEUC-20110103181054.zip
  • SamyGO-All-Extensions-v0.03.6-r12-for-T-CHL5DAUC-20110103181529.zip
And trying to match against this list in the wiki page:
  • T-PRLAUS -> binaries may work, kernel modules rather not
  • T-AMBAUSC -> binaries may work, kernel modules may also
  • T-SPHAUSC, T-RBYAUSC -> binaries yes, kernel modules rather not (you can find some precompiled modules in the download section: pickup right one)
  • T-CHE7AUSC, T-CHE6AUSC, T-CHE7AUSC, T-CHU7DEUC, T-CHL7DEUC -> binaries yes, kernel modules yes (pls. search in forum, i made all tests on UExxB7020 => T-CHU7DEUC)
  • T-CHUCIPDEUC -> binaries may work, kernel modules may also
  • T-CHLCIPDEUC -> binaries yes, kernel modules yes (posted by user sondeu)
  • T-CHL5DAUC -> binaries may work, kernel modules may also, but first enable network for your device
  • T-AMBDFR -> binaries not, kernel modules also not (Renesas SH not ARM)
  • T-RBYDEU -> binaries not, kernel modules also not (Renesas SH not ARM)
  • T-TDT5DEUC -> binaries not, kernel modules also not (binaries MIPS-II but kernel modules MIPS-32,you have to implement the toolchain and kernel-build for your self)
  • T-MSX5DEUC -> binaries not, kernel modules also not (MIPS-32, you have to implement the toolchain and kernel-build for your self)
  • T-VAL* -> binaries may work, kernel modules rather not (ARMv7) (defined as T-CSERIES.. in OE barnch, you have to implement the toolchain and kernel-build for your self)
But not idea which could work with T-CHE7IBRC firmware. Is there any change to brick my TV or could I test each without any further problem?
Thank you!

guess SamyGO-All-Extensions-v0.03.6-r12-for-T-CHU7DEUC-20110103181054.zip
you can download a firmware file from samsungs site, extract it and analyze the binaries with linux commands (file, readelf, objdump....)

you can brick you tv on ssh login if you tv do some nasty things from /etc/profile file

Hello,

I use SamyGO Extensions v0.03.6 and it works really great with my nfs server.
I tried to activate the ftp server (diabled by default) but that doesn't work.
I can't connect to the TV:

Connexion ? 192.168.0.3:21...
Connexion ?tablie, attente du message d'accueil...
220 Welcome to Your Samsung TV.
USER root
Please specify the password.
PASS

PS: the ftp server in Content Library applications works ...

can i use the samygo extension with avrfixv2 ? I can start both/start at the same time...

content .. game ... samygo+avrfix ... ???

nfs mount ist the best idea .. better then mediatomb :p
I use it like this libusb.conf:
# list of modules started automatically with exeDSP and libusb:
/mtd_tlib/GGame/samygodca/samygodca.so
/mtd_tlib/GGame/SamyGO_FontSize/FontSize.so
/mtd_tlib/GGame/ChannelInfo/loader.so
/mtd_tlib/GGame/SamyGO/libSamyGO.so
/mtd_tlib/GGame/Telnet/aspect.so
/mtd_tlib/GGame/Telnet/telnet.so
No problem, BUT, test it before because for example, at home the DTS plugin must be loaded before the SamyGo extension in my case or the LCD will reboot ...

PS: my NFS server have a lot of directories, is it possible that SamyGO Extensions goes directly to the good one?

The apache script says:

192.168.0.10:/home/Public on /dtv/usb/sda/nfs/192.168.0.10/_home_Public type nfs
