There is tutorial in first post. If you have issues following you also probably don't know how to block updates correctly. this exploit seems to use a bug in the webkit of this older firmware in javascript, but since this tv is super old now and the version of webkit its running is cranky and riddled with exploits (latest version is 538.1), i wonder if it would be possible to use CVEs for 538.1 to hack this TV on latest firmwares.
does anyone know where i can find these, because id be willing to spend some time bringing over exploits for them.

the virtualbox image is dead and gives a 404 error, can any admins reupload it or point me to a new link if its been moved

I'am trying to root my father's JU6410 and I'm stuck on plug USB to TV.
ROOT-J widget is installed.
I put USB to TV but nothing happens. FTP and SSH doesn't work.
I didn't see the message "Attempt #1.2.3.success". When should he appear? when should he appear? Immediately after connecting the USB?
USB socket on TV doesn't matter?
