We have almost no feedback about non-European models, but given that T-MST14AKUC-2170 is latest from dec.2016 and that current root is known to work on fw up to oct.2015, it's very unlikely I'd say.

I've got a H6270 series tv and am looking into downgrading the firmware. However, I still would like to use all the SmartHub apps which are available to me with the current firmware.

Since I'd prefer to use the Skype-root-method, I'm of course limited to how far I have to downgrade.

Has anyone done a downgrade and is still able to run the newest app releases with it? Or do some apps just refuse to work because the require a newer build of the firmware?

Is it rootable and if so, does oscam run on it?

No, TV has to be at least "Smart", that ultra low-end model is not.
