DEUS wrote:@tempinbox this is outdated (and wrong) "http://192.168.x.xxx/dtv/cgi-bin/install.cgi" is this still written somewhere?
because your webserver is on port 81 you should use 81 then "http://192.168.x.xxx:81/cgi-bin/Modules.cgi"
file should be already executable
@hazara use webshell for setting the rights, may not possible via ftp client
@DEUS
I try this adress "http://192.168.x.xxx:81/cgi-bin/Modules.cgi" and doesn't work
I think that this is due to the webinterface that is automatically installed with usb hack disk image how i can remove this and get your webif working?
I'm not a developer but i can be a good tester i know that no one had the c series of sam tvs but my tv has an arm cpu such as the d series so i don't understand why this webif can't work on my tv
I also try to manually install the webif and i also copy the poorwebif tarball in etc/initid.d directory of my samygoextension then i also execute it by the command

Code: Select all

/dtv/usb/sda1/SamyGO/etc
/dtv/usb/sda1/SamyGO/etc/init.d # ./99_90_poor_webif.init
Usage: ./99_90_poor_webif.init {start|stop|status}
/dtv/usb/sda1/SamyGO/etc/init.d # ./99_90_poor_webif.init start
done!
i also try other command that you wrote just for try if they work on c series tv and this is that i get

Code: Select all

/dtv/usb/sda1/SamyGO/etc/init.d # ping forum.samygo.tv

@tempinbox its written in the las line, curl is missing, maybe something else too.
is there any extensionpack with curl or alternative (w3m wget ...) on c series, why there is no curl? missing?

c-series packages got long time no update...
but wget is included in all packages.

it's mstar or arm based package???

his TV? ok will use wget instead of curl then. any idea or reason why awk is not working as expected?
can do filtering for TV (Platform, Firmware, Version) before showing modules.
but i need to know why awk is not working as expected, atm can also do workaround with sed but would prefer awk

So what i've to do? how to add curl, awk, to my tv set?
My tv has an ARM CPU and is of the T-VALDEUC Family.

Why the C-series is totally ignored by developer???

it's not "ignored" it was nothing to change there...

if you can't wait you can try d series package but include the modules from the correct c series package (SamyGO/lib/modules/<kernel_version>)
