Hello,
I try to downgrade my samsung bd-d5100 blu-ray player and I can't get connect to the server because when I change the DNS, it says to me that I can't get to Internet.
Some one can help us ??

You don't need to succeed network test. Just change dns and check for firmware.

I have a bd-d5100 blu-ray player, I tried your method and it didn't work, can someone please help me to downgrade the firmware? is there a way to flash?

I need to revert to earlier firmware.
current version = 2012/07/24_001029
model code = BD-D5700-ZA
Software version = BSP-D5700ZA-1029.0

ok so i changed on manual DNS this 46.4.199.222 and when i try software update i choose by internet and i allways see ,, system cannot connect to the internet upgrade. Please check your networ setting
please help me this is very importent to me....

Hi!
I still can't manage to downgrade my BD-D5500. According to the last available (I am running an older firmware), this is the model I have:
SWU_B-BRCMBSP_001029_I05_ES000KS000RS000DS000BS000_120724
I can always upgrade to this version first. Otherwise, please give me a hint on how I can find the exact info I need to post.
