Hi @zoelechat,

Thanks for the answer. OK, I started figuring it out on my own and I found out that only 2023 port works fine with my SamyGO but I need to use pure telnet client from Windows instead of PuTTY. Any other port does not work.
Anyway, I was able to put some commands, I got results and I ran oscam from the console. I did it only for test purposes but it seems to be working very nicely:)

BTW, full telnet for me means that I can freely input shell commands and I receive normal answers from the console. While using putty, I was able only to input a command but did not receive anything from the console. But I resolved it through a different client.

The only thing I observed was that it took around 1 minute to start up the whole SamyGO widget after turning on the telly. I think that it would be great to implement oscam autostart script somewhere earlier so that it runs just after turning the tv on.

Just to help anyone with the same problem... On this series DLNA server listens on port 7676. After removing dlna_web_root it was restored after TV restart and DLNA now works.

Works ok!!! Samsung UE40EH5300W.

I also got no widget named "InstallSamyGO" at SmartHub, reading again the forum:

1) The files must be in folder "InstallSamygo" onto the USB.
2) I need to reset SmartHub (pin 0-0-0-0) and now I can see the widget.

Virtual USB display my Samba shares :D , I only made some settings via telnet in "04_04_samba.init" and "smb.conf"

Everything was fine until today
samy go instal.
FTP is working,
telnet worked
oscam worked.
4 cccam server worked without freezing

I had some problems with smarthub so I reinstall and installed samygo but it did not work so I again reinstall samygo and Skype and many times I work this.But this time over smarthub can not install skype.So I restart smarthub 100 times and can not install Skype, Skype without samygo will not work.
how to install skype if not over samarthuba.my TV is ue46es7000

I think I also have this problem, I can't install Skype (and thus SamyGO) anymore. It goes from "Downloading.." -> "Installing.." and stays there and after waiting a while, gives up. There's no error message. I've tried to do a SmartHub reset, System -> Self Diagnosis -> Reset and a factory reset from the service menu. Any ideas?

Previously I had a working SamyGO for a few days before this happened.

I have a Samsung UE65ES8005 with T-ECPDEUC-2011.1 FW.

Not sure if you're referring to my problem, but I've done that (Tools -> Reset in SmartHub, along with a Support -> Self Diagnosis -> Reset and a service menu factory reset). I lost my SamyGO install after a SmartHub update and now I can't install Skype anymore, it gets stuck during the install.

Thanks for the suggestion. Here's what happened:
- Changed to US region with >>, 2-8-9,<<
- "Deleting service... x/9" (it removed all the widgets from my previous region)
- "Installing.. xxxxx x/13"
- "Installing.. Skype 11/13" -> takes about 45 seconds -> no errors just goes to 12/13...

After it's complete, there's no Skype in the SmartHub. I also get constant "Smart Hub needs to update"s, where it's trying to install:
- Xfinity TV 1/3
- Spotify 2/3
- Skype 3/3

Seems like it fails to install those for some reason. I tried selecting cancel to the Smart Hub update, and installing Skype manually via "Samsung Apps". It says "Downloading..", "Installing.." and gets stuck. Smart Hub first displays a Skype icon with no text and a full progress bar and then a Skype icon with Skype text and a full progress bar (http://imgur.com/a/iCM2O). I waited for about 20 minutes and the progress bar stays. After I power off/on, the Skype icon has disappeared from Smart Hub.

I also tried then installing Spotify and it seems to fail the same way as Skype. Hmm, maybe this problem isn't related to SamyGO since it's affecting other apps besides Skype? Should I contact Samsung support or is that not a good idea if the TV has been rooted with SamyGO in the past?

Try to login with user "develop"
