HDMI EDID hack to allow 5.1 passthrough

I have the same issue on my H7000, although my older F7000's DO pass DD from the inputs to the optical and ARC HDMI outputs.

I tried setting the EDID settings on my H7000 to the same as my F7000 but it did not help

Anyone figured out a solution to this?
