just did reinstall from the latest app you updated from 03.12.2019... still have the same issue. Even tested on a frined TV, another F7000, but still the same. If I enable subtitles, no picture, stays on the movie wallpaper. Let me know if you need to share a video or need Exlink or ssh log.

Can you check WhiteRaven's common directory in your TV. This directory located in "/mtd_rwcommon/common/WhiteRaven" on my F5500.
You can find "subtitle.srt" file in this directory.
Please tell me If the "subtitle.srt" file not found or your televisions common directory path is not in the same location.

The structure is \mtd_rwcommon\widgets\user\WhiteRaven

The application is installed to "/mtd_rwcommon/widgets/user/WhiteRaven" but data saved in the "/mtd_rwcommon/common/WhiteRaven" directory.
You can find 4 files here: _sfdata.json, resume.json, favdata.json and subtitle.srt.
If I change the code to run on "ES" type to, can you test it?

Ok. Just one more question: Is the subtitle.srt file size bigger then 0? (Contains some data?)

strange issue, while movie playing with subtitles and no picture, when press exit it shows the picture and subtitles for a second and then close the application.
