I am bit irritated to jump from v0.3 to v0.31 might be v0.3a is better or v0.03a....
Because v0.31 indicate really big number but v0.3
I prefer that add one zero at next release. Like v0.04

If you call it please use v0.40, So v0.4 would indicate a step back also.
In binary file has the string of : WELCOME TO OUR HOTEL
So I think this tv in HOTEL MODE. Is not required to solve that for free.
We are not trying to solve Hotels TV Channels problem. But If you wanted do make it, It is your business.
I advice you don't do it for free except a week at Bahamas.

AFAIK TV's at hotels driven by a system, that produce prices each guest.
So, that system is working on Little-Endian as I understand.
Because there is no logic to keep things in LE form while using BE architecture.
