Nice monologue ;)

First: SamyGO widget has nohing common to your TV`s available countries - as you say - eastern Europe and Asiatic. SamyGO doesnt change anything here and it is up to you what to choose and how to setup your TV. If you have to change SmartHub country, then << 289 >> is your choice while in SmartHub mode.

Second - you can remove all unrequired widgets (or add your needed) by connecting over FTP. Navigate to this directory:

Code: Select all

/mtd_rwdata/widgets/user/SamyGO/
and delete foder with widgets name.
As optional you can delete widgets in SmartHub edit mode (yellow button - remove).

Yep it was nice monologue LOL :D

Please excuse my ignorance but what do you mean by "If you have to change SmartHub country, then << 289 >> is your choice while in SmartHub mode." I am not sure what does that mean and how to do it.

Also I have widgets installed in /mtd_rwdata/widgets/user/ not in /mtd_rwdata/widgets/user/SamyGO at least this is my case.

I want also to try run a softcam and see the usage of S2 tuner, what do you think what is the best location to install and run softcam?
The good thing is that my samy have MIPS and softcam also is MIPS.

Best

I want to install it but have to know how big it is, is it fault or just have to leave it on by night when family members don't watch tv. I thought you want more testers? I'm an IT engineer (networks admin) with quite good linux knownledge but lack of time. So i can test few things on free time.

Is it possible to have satellite and internet TV/channels using SamyGO widget? if yes what SamyGO widget?

I have tried IPTV SamyGO widget but it did not do anything.
