Is it possible to use SecureCRT Remote Desktop.

I recommend you to use putty.
If you don`t get the response after your input, can be your cable`s tx is bad. But also here could be other reasons (from TV`s side). But if you haven`t restored those three partitions (u-boot, kernel and fnw), this can be the result - you see debug log, but you can`t input anything. TV just ignores you = nothing to be done, mainboard replacement is your further steps.
So check cable and if it`s ok, try to get u-boot access.
