Yes after changing dns i rebooted...now the tv is'nt rebooting after each restart but now it is freezing after 10 sec

Is it possible to make a manuel update from usb during the boot???

you have exlink cable? if not this is a case for the service man.

you have not downgraded, you tv never contacted our server... if the ip range 77.184 is correct

Yes service menu is working but also only 10 sec...after enable Debug mode for the RS232 port and set watchdog off the tv is showing the picture from my receiver via hdmi but i can't push any button on the remote...only the power button takes effect

yes the ip range is correct...and service menu says 1013.7 firmware

ok i don't know all ip ranges of my provider because i restartet my router several times today

Is your alternative firmware menu greyed out? If not - try to switch to it. (yes, i know, you have to be really fast)

Then only Service. Your case is covered under warranty, sure, it does make sense don`t tell true circumstances. Apologies.
