maybe stupid question,
How do i install SamyGo to my TV. At the step enter your own IP from my PC. OK, but which kind of Service have to run on this PC webserver or eclipse with scemantic, or something else?

ok, already tried, on IE i get from this Server the samygo webpage with click enter..., on my TV i get Connection error ERROR_EVELPMNT_002
The TV try to load: widgetlist.xml

check wiki how to install custom widgets. you need proper written widgetlist.xml on root dir...

i used XAMMP (google for it)
install it - start apache server
Files to put in:
C:\xampp\htdocs\Widget is where SamyGO.zip goes in (don't extract)
C:\xampp\htdocs create a widgetlist.xml with notepad

widget id is the name of the ZIP archive (as fare as i recognize)
when installed put the usb stick in (where the data.zip is extracted/folder data must be there)
start Samygo and wait. when NO1 and NO2 are ok
turn off the tv lift of the usb stick and turn the tv on.
now start WinSCP or Filezilla or whatever ftp program u use.
insert ip adress of your tv
Port 21
User: root
Pass: leave it empty
and voila happy ftpeeing

Telnet might have to be forst installed in windows over controlpanel / software /windowssoftware.
install there telnet client and server.
when it is finished open cmd-promtp
telnet IP from your TV
thats all

Samsung tool DeSTroi also can connect for the movies stored on xfs partition.
only entered ip with annonymous login.
only encryption isn't working. is there any development?

not working for me, 55F6510 1107.4 , normaly the same as yours
SamyGO is installed, step 1 and 2 are ok, i restart the tv and i have no open ports for Telnet or ftp.
there is a new Firmware update aviable, only over TV menu, not Samsung Website, ver 1109, anyone tested?

have you started skype after you installed widget? it damages autostart and seems autostart is not working at you. Execute widget once again (sure with data on usb attached, steps2-6).

that wil be the hint.
i never use skype. so i had no reason to start it afterwards
@juuso: is there any further devoliping planed for our f-series? like the "toolbox" for other samygo d-sries etc? tried to look for a pvr config file but had no luck so far
