Hey JoeJoe, any progress on your fight against the TV?

Would like to do the same, but had no time to start any own experiments yet :/

Hey Jarvid,
unfortunately, I am currently in the preparations for my move into a new apartment. So there is not much time to test.
But if you or any other one achieved success please write it here.

@bugficks
I tried pvrdecoder > tools > pvranydev but when it installs it shows a telnet error.
I have a F-series and I would like to record via NFS on my NAS. I got the tip to use PVRAnyDev.init and mount the NFS share in it. But I don't know how to do it. Does anyone has an idea?

i dont use pvr over samba or nfs. i dont use pvr at all, i just make patches. PVRAnyDev doesnt require any config.

/mnt/etc/init.d/99_99_PVRAnyDev.init exists? Then it starts as expected. Should work for fat32/xfs/ext3 usb dongles. No ntfs for pvr recordings! (or you have to use combined to ntfs-3g).
How it works... You should be able to select any usb for pvr recordings.
Removes limitation to use only xfs (E series) or ext4 (F series) formatted USB dongles for your PVR recordings. Changes are only affected to newly attached USB dongles (or you have re-plug existing one). You can use any by TV supported filesystem for your PVR recordings.
p.s. Please don`t off topic.
