Well if you want "fake Skype". You already have that after rooting. You will have Skype icon which you can run and get Skype splash screen.

Ok, I've understood this thing. Now, what I'm trying to say is whether it could be possible to have a copy of the unmodified Skype app - the one which is currently working on my tv - but modified to be identified by the tv in place of another one, with another name, id, etc. (e.g. vimeo or the weather forecasts. Let's say, for example, that when I will open vimeo, the actual running app will be a working copy of Skype). If that isn't possible, it's ok to me, however I want you to correctly understand what I'm proposing.

It's not "the same" app it's different APP Different directory etc.

i'm not having fun rooting my h series tv...
i got another usb drive to try the root procedure one more time...
to be sure.. i deleted the samygo app and also Skype app...
Now i reinstalled Skype but it don't want to start.... it stock on loading... any suggestion?
How can i set it to load on boot if it not start??
i also reseted smart hub from the menu...

no more ideas..
any suggestion?

It's GOOD that Skype doesn't start it means root is working Besides there was no point in changing ANYTHING ELSE than your USB . There was problem ONLY with USB. Everything else works as it should work

it is ok also if i deleted Skype and samygo?
the usb is not connected...
i was trying to delete the root to restart from 0
i'm not sure that Skype is settled to load on boot, i don't think so...

Well your idea was ... "stupid" Anyway install Skype install root and check if FTP works
