Did you try change your USB stick for another one? I have folder with install skype on my root USB-stick fat32 formated in linux with gparted living with root files on H series and can see widget on smarthub

We have no doubt about your competence, but if you already tried everything I'm afraid we can't help you
FYI, got E-MST too and never got any problem in making widget appear. If your TV is rooted you still can copy InstallSkype directly to /mtd_rwcommon/widget/user (and reboot). No idea if it would require some path tweaking into widget though, since USB should be expected... mihd?

Not only widget must be copied.
Also emp-libraries folders should be copied.
It is not comfortable.
"HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool" helped to solve the problem according to feedback on another forum.

The skype for firmware T-GFP "InstallSkype_H_GFP_5.zip", is also good for the HU series ?

I managed to install Skype very easy. But I can’t log in.
I have UE40H6200AW, fw 2130, already rooted with “Network root” method.

Skype also says to me:
"It's not possible to connect to skype. Please contact skype to obtain assistance"
What happen?... Were they able to switch the connection off'?
Any idea from your side?
Model of TV is a H model.
