alredy almost all answered ...
1. Only if you manual modify flash, SamyGO app dont do this.
2. Yes , all user apps are automaticly removed.
3. Yes, but to use it , it is litelbit difficult, in case of Keyboard, there is a sample application whitch is working with D serie, (SamyConsole).
4. By Manual Deleting of the App or Resync of user widget.
